O Elevador de Construção para Pessoal e Materiais é um elevador de pessoal e carga que se move sobre uma única coluna. Também pode ser utilizado como cabine dupla, dependendo da situação do usuário. A cabine simples tem capacidade de carga de 1000 kg. Velocidades de até 18 m/min podem ser alcançadas.
